Building your individualized treatment course
We’ll work together to build your individualized treatment course, tailored to meet your own needs. Everyone’s treatment course is unique, and many are built by drawing influence from various therepeutic modalities, including:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) — how you think impacts how you feel
CBT looks at the patterns in which you think and addressing how these patterns of thought are impacting your wellness and functioning
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — pain is a part of life and unavoidable
ACT seeks to help individuals create a meaningful life aligned with their values, while accepting that pain and suffrage are inevitable with life.
Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) —emotions are central to human experience
EFT focuses on building emotional awareness, and harnessing the power/impact of emotions as our key communicators as they are integral to human experience and psychological health.
